Steaua Bucuresti have concluded this season with the fitfth place in Romanian Championship and 2nd place in Romanian Cup. However, they are still the club with the most champions' titles, as they have 28.  

On the other side, Steaua Bucuresti didn't manage to take Romanian Cup as they lost in the final against Timisoara, 31:27.

In their premier season in SEHA - Gazprom League, they ended the competition on the seventh place.
