During the winter break of this season and during the EHF European Championship, SEHA clubs decided to reinforce themselves for this and next season. Some of them brought some new faces, and some of them said goodbye to their well-known stars. We witnessed heavy traffic in January for SEHA – Gazprom League participants. This line player will be a part of the ”Lions” squad until the end of the 2021/2022. season. And two other reinforcements were announced just a few days ago. Senjamin Buric who played for PPD Zagreb last season, and also for Borac and Izvidjac earlier, will return to the Croatian capital from Nantes. He signed a 2-year contract, just like Ziga Mlakar, who is coming from Wisla Plock and will join the squad this summer. Mlakar is another player with SEHA experience (2016/17 and 2017/18), as he played for Celje PL, scoring 132 goals with 30 assists in 34 appearances.

Nexe
The other Croatian team, Nexe brought some reinforcement to Nasice. Janko Kevic, who used to be a part of the Nexe squad from 2004 to 2012, came back to the club from HCD Constanta. The club from Nasice is well aware how much goalie Mihailo Radovanovic and players Ivan Vida and Marin Jelinicmean to the club, so they extended contracts with them.

Metaloplastika
Before the start of the second part of the season,  Metaloplastika line player Marko Dosen decided to start an international career. He will continue this season in Anorthosis Famagusta in Cyprus. But, with every goodbye, comes another hello. A brand new face in the squad from Sabac is Luka Ivanic. He came from Rukobel, and will strengthen Metaloplastika on the left back position.

Eurofarm Pelister
The pride of Bitola will enter the second part of the season with a new coach. After Stevche Alushovski left, Zeljko Babic took on this position. However, this won't be the first time for us to see Babic in the SEHA – Gazprom League. He was a part of the SEHA family a few seasons ago when he coached Meshkov Brest, and later Gorenje Velenje.
