National teams are back in action with SEHA face-off scheduled for Sunday in Slovakia

Serbia - EURO 2024 Qualifiers

With club competitions on a short break, the time has come for the first national team week of this season. That means, we’ll replace our usual weekly preview with the preview of matches our national teams will play in the upcoming few days so let’s get started!
 

We’ve reached rounds 1 and 2 of the Qualifiers for the 2024 Men’s EHF EURO which will be played in Germany. The qualifiers are organized into eight groups of four with the first two teams qualifying directly for the EURO along with four of the best third-placed ones.
 
Hungary will on Wednesday, in Group 6, play Lithuania at home and then travel to Georgia four days later. Croatia will on the same days meet Greece at home and then play on the road against Belgium. North Macedonia will also be in action on those exact days welcoming Luxembourg first and then travelling to Turkey. In Group 2, which will be the most interesting one for all SEHA – Gazprom League fans in the upcoming few days, Serbia will on Wednesday welcome Finland and Slovakia will on Thursday play Norway away from home only for Serbia and Slovakia to face-off on Sunday in Slovakia. The thrilling week is ahead of us with national teams back in action for the first time after the long summer break so make sure to stay tuned!
