Weakened Radnički against weakened Metalurg

Oslabljeni Radnički protiv oslabljenog Metalurga

Metalurg - Radnicki 4

After series of bad results, Serbian vice-champions Radnički from Kragujevac are waiting for the clash with Macedonian Metalurg from Skopje as one of last chances to gain some points in the regional SEHA GAZPROM South Stream League. Even without their playmaker Ivan Šmigić and right winger Aleksandar Gugleta, Serbs will try to avoid the bottom of the table. On the other side, Macedonians still have small chances to qualify for the F4 tournament, and any unexpected defeat will make things even harder. Match is scheduled on Wednesday, 19:00 CET.

Nedeljko Vučković, Radnički’s coach:

We will host a team which was one step away from CL’s F4 last season. That says enough about them, we respect them, espeically their coach Lino Červar who has through his career managed to win everything. They have a strong team full of NT players like Mojsovski, Mirkulovski or Vugrinec as well as good youngsters and I’m sure they’ll soon get back on tracks of glory.

Ivan Milinčić, Radnički’s player.

There is not much to say about Metalurg, they are a great team full of NT players led by Lino Červar. We respect them and eventhough we did not have enough time to prepare full for this match we will surely give our best on the court.

Lino Červar, Metalurg’s coach:

We will play an opponent we must not underestimate. They are a good, experienced team. We will use this last match before the winter break again as a chance to give our youngsters a chance.

Nikola Markoski, Metalurg’s player:

We’ve had four matches in last two weeks which makes this a hard period for us. Despite of that, we’ll give our best to show reat performance and finish this part of the season with 3 new points.
