NEXE finishes an excellent year with a victory
NEXE završio odličnu godinu s pobjedom
Santa Claus came to Našice bringing NEXE new victory! In 11th round of SEHA Gazprom league Croatian vice champion won against Vojvodina with 32:27. NEXE have in that way finished one of the best years in club's history with a victory. It was very interesting first half with good roles from both teams. Vojvodina has more often had advantage during the first half, but with better part in last minutes of the first half NEXE made two goals advantage before the break. Also, NEXE's goalkeeper Martin Juzbasic had two 7-meter saves.
Both teams have today played without several key players but it proved to be a bigger handicap for Vojvodinaw which could have clearly been seen during the second half. It was all over with 5 minutes left on the clock. NEXE were 6 goals ahead already deciding winner.

For the end of this part of the season and also excellent year I would like to thank the audience. They could see very good match. I appreciate Vojvodina, after match against Tatran I've watched a lot of their matches. We've had lots of problems before the match but managed to win.

We knew it would be a difficult match. Our rotation was in better mood today and it was the key for this final victory of the year.
Nikola Marković, Vojvodina's coach: It was good and interesting match for audience. You could see a lot of things in modern handball with good goalkeepers. We've had the ambition to surprise the opponent but we have lots of problems especially in back positions. I appreciate NEXE's team, they've showed that they are serious team.

We've showed that we can play a competitive match against a team of NEXE' quality.Some parts of the match were good for us, but we've had mistakes so we have a lot of work to do during holidays and before the start of the second part of the season.
