Krok back in the roster as Tatran travel to Pancevo

After home defeats against some of the best teams in SEHA Gazprom League like Vardar and Meshkov Brest, Dinamo and Tatran Presov will get to play each other and see where their current form level really is in Streliste sports hall on Wednesday (17.00 CET).

Hosts from Pancevo already throughout the season proved they can be a serious threat for anyone in front of their fans. However, due to a tough injury situation they are dealing with at the moment, with Uros Elezovic, Milan Bunjevcevic, Jovan Stojanovic and Pavle Banduka all still being sidelined, chances of them stunning favored Tatran are a bit decreased. The result from the first part of the season is also not working in favor of the Serbian side with Slavko Goluza and his team reaching a dominant 36:24 win back in the beginning of October in Presov.

Match will be broadcasted on ehf TV, Sport TV (Slovenia) and Arena Sport channels.

Ivan Petkovic, Dinamo coach:
Tough match is ahead of us. They are Slovak Cup winners who have serious ambitions in this competition with coach Goluza and a few national team players. They have players like Butorac and Kasal who are capable of playing on various positions. Our goal is to play best we can and use this match to prepare for Serbian Cup Final against Vojvodina as well as for our domestic Play-Off. We’ll once again miss four players but I expect us to deliver a solid resistance despite of that and maybe even surprise guests if we get a chance. Unfortunately, we will be without four players, but I expect a good resistance and if we get a chance, to surprise our rivals.

Ivan Dimitrijevic, Dinamo player:
Playing SEHA Gazprom League is a huge challenge for me. This will be a tough match, Tatran are a very good team led by an experienced coach. However, we’re allowed to hope and fight for the victory. We are highly motivated because we see this match as one of those in which if you put enough fight you might end up winning it.

Slavko Goluza, Tatran Presov coach:
We’re expecting a tough game. Dinamo are a totally different team when they play at home. They are more aggressive. However, we must focus on ourselves, on our performance. We must not underestimate the health status of the team because the situation is changing daily. We want to play a good game and we’ll give our best to win it.

Dominik Krok, Tatran Presov player:
After a two-month long recovery process from broken fibula bone I’m coming back to the team. It will definitely be a demanding match. Temperament Serbians will be supported by the full s it to be. We will fight and do our best to take three points.
